The Casa Rica Gourmet Market, located in Los Laureles, became the first project in the Retail sector in Paraguay to obtain LEED certification, and also to be the first to apply this certification under version v4. This project had advice during the design and construction phases, finally achieving LEED Certified certification. Its focus on sustainability makes it a model for the country's commercial sector.
