The Holiday Inn Express Hotel, belonging to the renowned international chain IHG, was the first hotel in Paraguay to achieve LEED certification. This project had advice in all stages: design, construction and commissioning, and was developed between 2016 and 2020. It stands out for being the only one in the country to obtain the LEED Platinum certification under the New Construction v3 version. the highest level of certification within LEED regulations, reflecting an exemplary commitment to sustainability.
